Organic Farming
Organic farming maintains soil productivity by using crop rotation and green manure and compost. Organic food demand has increased year on year and is set to reach over one hunderd million this year alone.
As organic farming methods and farming equipment differ from normal food processes the price of the products is slightly inflated but this does not seem to have lowered demand as you can see by the figures. There are more and more farms that are turning to organic produce and reinvesting in farming equipment such as tractors and harvesters.
